About the service

As part of LoneRock’s integrated care team, our Mental Health Counselors support patients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Counselors work closely with primary care providers and other professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to their unique needs.

  • Provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups
  • Support patients with a wide range of mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with primary care and case management teams
  • Help increase access to behavioral health services in rural Oregon
