I bring over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, having worked in community mental health, hospital, hospice, correctional, nonprofit, and psychotherapy settings. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate emotional healing and personal growth. At Lonerock Clinic, I serve as a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist, combining my background in psychotherapy with innovative approaches to mental wellness.
I believe in creating a safe, compassionate, and grounded space where individuals can explore their inner experiences. My work integrates traditional therapeutic methods with the use of psychedelic-assisted therapy, helping clients prepare for, experience, and integrate their journeys for lasting healing. With a deep respect for each person’s unique process, I guide my clients toward greater self-awareness and resilience.
When I’m not working with patients, I enjoy spending time outdoors swimming, birdwatching, and relaxing with my dog. Music is another great passion of mine. It helps me stay connected, inspired, and balanced.
