Kia is a licensed pharmacist from the Philippines and a Certified Virtual Medical Assistant. With her strong pharmacy background, she expertly manages prior authorization requests to help patients access the care they need quickly and efficiently. Outside of work, Kia loves exploring new places and sampling local street food.
