With over eight years in critical care and advanced training as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she focuses on helping patients feel confident, understood, and supported in every stage of their health journey.
Originally from Colorado, I began my journey in healthcare studying biochemistry before becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. I went on to earn my nursing degree in Texas and completed a Nurse Residency at Vanderbilt University Hospital. After eight years working in critical care, where I earned certifications in Critical and Progressive Care, I became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016.
Now based in Eugene, I’m passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate care with a focus on dermatology, smoking cessation, and hormone therapy. I believe in meeting each patient where they are, with understanding, respect, and no judgment.
My background in critical care has given me a deep appreciation for the importance of prevention, education, and patient-centered care. At LoneRock Clinic, I take a thorough, gentle approach to ensure each person feels comfortable and informed. Whether helping patients balance their hormones, improve skin health, or make positive lifestyle changes, my goal is always the same, to help people feel better inside and out.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me gardening, doing group fitness, tackling a DIY project, or enjoying a good donut.
