Massage Therapy

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage, also known as sports or deep tissue massage, is designed to address pain and discomfort from a variety of causes, including aging, athletic activities, injuries, auto accidents, chronic pain, and muscle overuse. A combination of techniques such as trigger points, acupressure points, myofascial release, and gentle stretching to effectively target and release muscle knots. The goal is to help the body feel looser, improve range of motion, and significantly reduce pain, leaving a greater sense of ease and mobility.

Back Massage

Relaxation Massage

The classic relaxation massage focuses on providing a soothing experience that relieves muscle tension, calms the nervous system, and enhances blood circulation. This type of massage is ideal for anyone looking to escape the demands of daily life and enjoy some quality time dedicated to stress relief. Unlike the targeted pressure used in therapeutic massage, relaxation massage involves smooth, flowing strokes that promote a deep sense of tranquility and overall well-being.

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)

Manual lymph drainage (MLD) is a specialized technique aimed at reducing swelling that can occur due to medical treatment or conditions that block the lymphatic system. MLD gently manipulates swollen areas to help the lymph fluid move towards areas with functioning lymph vessels, promoting natural drainage. With specialized training in MLD, this technique can be incorporated as an add-on to a relaxation massage
